2012–2013 OAKS Online Test Administrator User Guide	The OAKS Online Test Administrator User Guide is designed to familiarize Test Administrators with OAKS Online and both user-interfaces integral to testing.
2012–2013 Test Administration Manual	This manual outlines specific policies and procedures for administering Oregon Statewide Assessments.
2012–2013 Online Reporting System User Guide	The Online Reporting System provides authorized users with detailed reports on student test participation and performance. The Performance Reports allow users to view institution, personnel, roster, and individual student reports in table and graph forms; manage rosters; and access integrated information from ODE’s SSID and OAKS Online systems. The Test Management Center (TMC) replaces the previous Participation Reports application and allows users to generate customized reports showing students’ activity in the online testing system, view summary statistics and retrieve data.
2012–2013 TIDE User Guide	The Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) is the system used to manage student settings and user accounts across all OAKS Online systems. The TIDE User Guide uses a step-by-step approach to using the enhanced user management system.
Technical Specifications for Online Testing for System Administrators	This guide provides network administrators with information, tools, and recommended configuration details to help districts and/or schools prepare their networks for operational testing.

Assessment Options for Students with Disabilities	This page contains about assessment options for students with disabilities, including information on Extended Assessments, SIG Assessment, and Accommodations Tables used for Oregon Statewide Assessments.
Order ELPA Headsets	Ordering options: Complete the online form and submit it electronically. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted. Fax the completed order form to the number listed. A purchase order for the total cost of the headsets and shipping must be included. Processing for orders which do not contain a completed order form and purchase order will be delayed. Call the OAKS Help Desk at 1-866-509-6257. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted, or a district may provide a purchase order number.
