Online Reporting Tutorials

All videos are available in .exe and .swf formats. Use the player controls at the top of each video to pause, forward, and rewind as necessary. Audio can be adjusted using your computer or laptop speaker settings.

Requirements for viewing these video tutorials:

• The .exe files are Windows files and viewable if you are using Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or 7.
• The .swf files are Flash files and viewable if you have Adobe Flash Player. This software is free and can be downloaded for Windows, Mac 10.4–10.6, or Linux operating systems.
  • Note: If you are using Windows and you open an .swf file, your browser may prompt you with a message that indicates you are restricted from running scripts or Active X controls. Simply click on the yellow bar at the top of the window and select "Allow Blocked Content." This should let you view the tutorial without any issues.
